My goal is to help you move more and more of you with less or no pain.

A Brain Based Approach.

Illustration of a human brain glowing green surrounded by labels for the functions: flexibility, pain, strength, nervous systems, hearing, immune system, vision, and balance, representing brain functions.

Your brain controls most areas of your functions, each one can have an impact on the other. So taking a brain based approach to health makes sense why it can help so many issues.

Re-check your

nervous system.

Your first appointment is free and lasts 1-2 hours, with follow-ups typically around an hour, tailored to your needs. We’ll review your health history—past injuries, surgeries, medications, etc.—to understand your current condition. Then, we’ll test how your nervous system responds and set immediate goals. You’ll leave with 2-5 short exercises to do over the next few days or week, with support available via text, email, or call. At your second visit, we’ll create a personalized plan.
I have an introductory offer on of £25 per session for the first few people, contact me to see if it’s still available.

Check it, do it, check it again.

By undertaking some tests, for example vision, balance and range of motion we can establish if there are any areas that can be improved. Then we establish a baseline of the current state of your nervous system, try some small exercises which may help and re test. Once we have a number of successful exercises you take those home and work on them. You can then retrain the brain to make positive changes permanent.

To sum up if you are not checking that an exercise or drill is working for you and your nervous system, then why should you be doing it. So this approach is very individualised and doesn’t use an off the shelf protocol.
