Learn how to feel Human again

Combining the latest science in quantum biology, applied neurology and evolutionary human movement, to help you apply the blueprint to living like a human should.

Sleep

Good quality sleep is probably the most important thing you can do to improve your wellbeing.

For example poor sleep messes with your blood sugar levels, so no matter what your diet is like you can still put weight on or have energy issues the next day.

Sleep allows your brain to Remove old cells and toxins therefore preventing many illnesses. This also allows you to reduce painful inflammation and move more.

Pain

Sometimes there is pain when there is no physical injury and sometimes there is an injury with no pain.

Certain nerves send signals to the brain, the brain then decides how much pain signal to send back to the site of the injury. So your pain intensity can be impacted by your state of mind, diet, balance, vision issues and many ofther factors.

By using Applied Neurology I may be able to improve pain by taking you through some exercises, which allow the brain and nervous systems to reconnect and get back into balance. Often the brain is protecting some form of movement by causing pain or a movement restriction.

Obviously the less pain you are in the more you can move and sleep well.

Moving Naturally with MovNat

There are so many unappreciated benefits from moving more of you and more often, without necessarily exercising. Being sedentary all day and then exercising for an hour doesn't make up for the damage caused by not moving.

Moving often helps sleep, lymph flow, fascia\tissue hydration, energy creation, pain relief, injury prevention by increasing mobility and many more

We are not meant to live in a confined environment, disconnected from the natural world. Anyone can benefit from improving their movement, from elite athletes to those just starting their fitness journey. You don’t have to be fit to move, you have to move to be fit.

Wellness\well being\Lifestyle

The above categories of health are only a few that we could work on to improve your overall wellbeing, and working on just one will have benefits in the others. I have decided to concentrate on these 3 as the benefits are wide ranging and it's easier to make small changes at a time to get results.

For example improving your diet and stress could reduce inflammation which would reduce pain, improve your sleep and allow you to move more.

The Quantum Lifestyle

Using the latest knowledge in quantum physics applied to our biology we can see that electrons and protons albeit very small have a significant impact on our health. We now know that electrons etc influence chemicals and biology, so we need to take control of our lifestyle behaviours that influence these quantum particles. For example photons from the sun have many jobs other than making us feel good and increasing our vitamin D, such as helping us sleep, reducing inflammation.

Circadian Rhythms

This is a major aspect of the quantum lifestyle it defines the sleep wake cycle, however we don’t have to know about quantum physics to benefit. We just need to follow the principles of what the science combined with millions of years of evolution has taught us, for example the morning sun triggers the production of melatonin in your eye, when it is dark, melatonin is released so you go to sleep unless you are exposed to a lot of artificial blue light.

So natural morning light + controlled light at night = quality sleep.
