The Threat Bucket

When you have no physical and emotional issues, you can often manage all of your work and life stresses.

Taking balance as an example, can you stand tall with your feet together, then move your head\eyes\body around, how about with your eyes closed and then with one foot in front of the other or on one foot. Depending on your age and general health we should be able to work up to all of these. If you can’t then you may be able to simply practice the one you are just failing and then move up to harder ones as you gain better balance.
There is a lot more that can be done to help balance and huge amounts that can help the other issues listed above.

So identifying what else maybe affecting your nervous system and then working on it, may help to reduce your overall stress levels.

However there are more than life events that can stress you out and add to your bucket, if you have any pain, joint restrictions or issues with your balance, eyes or gait, then these could cause your bucket to overflow.
